Lennox Head

Lennox Head beaches are open and popular with surfers.  With a reputation for strong localism, surfers at the headland at Lennox Head are advised to be respectful of their status as visitors.  This is certainly no place for a beginning surfer! The playground of iconic surfers of the 1960s and 70s, Lennox is nominated as an Australian Surfing Reserve, recognising its importance in the history, development and culture of surfing in Australia.
