Cancellation Policy

At all times we ask for a 20% booking deposit (minimum deposit one night stay*). A cancellation fee of $70* applies to cancellations up to 4 weeks in advance. The booking deposit becomes non-refundable within 4 weeks of the booking. Remainder of payment is due upon arrival. In general, bookings cancelled later than 7 days in advance and no shows incur full payment, this includes early departures. If we can rebook the cancelled room we will refund the monies less our cancellation fee of $70*. For Splendour in the Grass, Easter and Christmas/New Year periods we ask for a confirmation deposit of 20% upon booking and full payment 1 month before the begin of the stay. A 50% refund is given for cancellations up to 2 weeks in advance. No refund for cancellations any later than 2 weeks, unless we can rebook the room(s). *per room booked
